The story takes place in a famous scientific research centre were a group of zoologists are studying the unusual change of habitat of the Royal Eagle. Klaus Gruber, head of the mission, is an enigmatic and unreachable character, always lost in his thoughts and his strange cybernetic devices. It is he, assisted by a young Japanese electrical engineer, Akira Tamaki, who invents electronic contraptions, who will lead us through ‘his’ world and describe it through his dominating eyes. In a tangle of love/ hate relationships and the eagles, forced towards the sea by the encroaching humns, everything seems incomprehensible. But, perhaps, the end will offer a way out…
