Cinema Fundings
Cinecittà S.p.A., following the Guidelines of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities of 17 May 2016, has been responsible for the Gestione dei Fondi Cinema since 1 November 2016 (Managing Body).
Law no. 220 of 2016
The contribution recipients provided for by law no. 220 of 2016 in its lines of intervention are film industries, such as production, distribution, export, exhibition and technical companies.
Contributions for Works
The Ufficio Opere – Gestione Fondi Cinema di Cinecittà S.p.A. is the appointed institution, on behalf of the Directorate General for Cinema and Audiovisual by specific agreement, of the procedures relating to the contribution guidelines.
Previous Law
The legislative decree no. 28/2004, called Cinema Law, regulates the support for the film supply chain and is intended for specific lines of intervention.
