When doctor Anna Allisio arrives to Torvajanica in order to substitute her colleague Paolo Vinzi, she reveals to Police Officer Ragno that she was the person who killed Mr. Tedeschi the architect, owner of the bathing establishment. The close examination of the facts is a way for Anna to go over her own life and her “suspended” relationship with Stefano, the man she would have married. Anna is convinced to have killed Mr. Tedeschi, driven by an unconscious desire of revenge triggered by a song he had played while offering her some cocaine. It was the same song she used to dance to with Stefano. Aweek passes from the night of the crime to the moment in which Anna decides to confess. During this week Anna is upset and troubled by Mart’s presence. Anna believes Marta is the witness of the crime and as a result she decides to makes her stay with her in order to check her out. In this way Anna is finally able to shed light upon her past love story and discover a new one.
