This full immersion into the imagination of well-known directors and screenwriters explains how a film begins, journeying from the initial idea to writing the screenplay. In the workshop, participants write a scene, drawing on the inventive prop kits provided that represent a range of genres – Western, comedy, adventure, period drama, science fiction – to create new film stories.
